There are a few reasons why you might not be seeing your data in your report. Let's break them down.
If you're using the new TikTok Ads connector:
Tiktok exports its ad data in two parts, a priority sync which usually takes about 15 minutes, and a full sync which can take several hours. The first time you connect a Tiktok account to Joinr, you will be able to see a limited set of your data as soon as that initial priority sync is finished. We then immediately start the second stage of the sync.
If you're seeing incomplete data or no data in your report from tiktok, this may be the cause. Feel free to wait a bit of time for it to finish populating through, or you can reach out to support@joinr.com with your account details and we can help you check the status.
You may be using the wrong date range:
Your date range might be displaying a window without data!
Try expanding your date range to view a longer timeframe in your report. We automatically pull in 90 days of your data, but we don't display all of it by default. Expanding that timeframe may help you see your data in the report. By the way, we would love to hear from you if you need a longer historical data window. This feedback is crucial to helping us build our roadmap!

The TL;DR is that joinr works best on your most active accounts, so we recommend you do a double check in those interfaces to confirm you've been using the accounts you synced.
